Delay in order by the court

Dear Experts,

the accussed got acquited and the judge pronounced the judgement in the open court.

Now the either the court is on holidays (judge going on leave) or very busy, so its about 1 month that yet the order is not prepared/ready.

Want to know is there any time limit that the court prepares the order asap?

where do the accused approach in such situation. he wants the certified copy of the order, however due to some reason the order is not ready in the court.

the answer the staff gives is---

"sahab ne order ghar pe leke gai hai for checking"

please guide..........

ask them for the same.

otherwise there are many other means.
