If wife does not abide by consent terms, and goes to the extent of filing 'chapter case' : which was subsequently withdrawn, only to keep the kids away from the father. Meanwhile, wife is continously changing residences to avoid detection of kids from father.
In such situation, will the effort of the father to know the whereabouts of his kids by tracking the x-wifes movements be constituted as 'stalking'??? As per the the new law!
What is the solution for the father?
