Dear Sir
i have divorced my wife who is muslim 5months back as per shariat format and sent her the certificate notice to her but she refused to take. As dvc is going on in the court i have submitted in the court and a copy has been give to her in the court 5 months back till date there is no appeal by her in the respective court as she is saying that this divorce is not applicable.Now my question is now the time is barred( more than 30 days)if she apeals in the court will it has any effect on the divorce taken from the waqkf board or she already loses the time period of appeal because of five months.
