i m a tenant of a commercial shop which was a joint propert y few mnths b4.i have an tenant agreement with one of the landlord now the property is being divided between the partners n my new landlord is saying me for eviction but as per my aggreement is concerned it is valid for next year also, can i approach court with this aggreement n rent receipts against the old landlord
