Hello, you have to field application for trademark, within some days your registration accept and complete the process. It takes some month for overall process after that you get registration certificate and you may use  ® (Registered symbol) next to your trademarrk.

The trademark application made in the name of the partnership firm is similar to a standard process made when an individual or proprietor files a trademark application. 

The only difference will be in a power of attorney provided by you and the partnership deed copy which will be attached with the trademark application.

Dear Sir,

Partnership Registration is different proceedure.

If its registered than, at the time of filing TM, you have to mention the details of Partnership Firm.

There is no need to Registration of your firm under TM.

Getting a Partnership Firm Trademark registered is similliar to any other Trademark Registration.
