Sec 10 of cpc states about stay of subsequent suit when der is two suit are pending on the same matter....u will get many rulings on dis point....

Please Can you help me , to refere any citatation in respect to Section 10 of  CPC (two suits are pending one is in family Court and another which i have appealed in the Bombay High court for maitenance under same section 18 &20 )
