Another 498-a ipc registered after drama of reconcilation

498-a is the total fraude , just 5 months back it is happend in hyderabad. the wife had the illegal contanct with others. the husband give a chance to change the life.  few days back he knows about the continuing the illigal contact. before few days back  his wife fell in accident , her husband was save her to join in hospital immidiately. now she is safe after this incident also she is continuing. her husband commited suicide. and he apply for the diverse for his adultary grounds. after one month his wife and uncle native place is eluru he complaint  498a and 307, 506 they included the his mother and father. actually they staying another house farway of 3 k.m. any how they taken the anticipatary bail in the district court in eluru, the dc rejected the anticipatary bail her husband. after that he taken the ancticipatary bail in the high court with condition to attend 4 weeks in sho, every saturday .

the Police officers not investigating properly. the innocents are faceing the problem with this 498a, they are miss utilising this 498a.  now they are demanding 3 lacks and 5 tulas gold. actually they are given the 2 cash and 3 tulas gold, they are asking dd in favour of his wife with out completing the mutual diverse petition. ci is behave proud and rash. we are saying that we give it  in fixed deposit on caste elders. they are not agree. is there any procedure.
