Assume 'S' is Girl 'S'. Her aunt (MAMI) 'R'->'R' sister 'M'->'M' son->'C'..
Its a second cousin relationship. apart from GOTRA. Can S and C get married as per HMA?

I don't see any problem in the marriage of C and S.
Reason-Read section 3(f)(1) carefully. You will get the answer.Give special emphasis on line of ascent through mother and Make correct interpretation of the same.
