respected seniors
A company had taken 10000 sft in second floor for business purpose from B and made lease agreement
Now A want to give 2000 sft for Sub lease to C for six months only
A without using sub lease word what agreement can A and C can do agreement because
between A and B there is a clause that A should not give sub lease

sub lease is not valid.

1) If it is clearly mentioned that A should not sublease the property then he can't sublease it.
2) A can amend the previous agreement with B if b agree for it then only A can sublease it to C other wise not.
