Dear Ld. members,
a) In 304b, if only father of child is incarcerated, where would the child go ?
b) And, if father of child along with his family (parents, etc) are incarcerated, where would the child go in this scenario?
c) and, once father and family get reguar bail (pending the trial), who will have custody of child pending verdict of trial ?
d) in all these scenarios, can the child stay with the husband's relatives (instead of going to deceased girl's family) ?
