Hi All,
I want to start an online Portal providing services to Colleges.
Initially for the first few months, Service will be free and will be charging very less maintenance cost.
Also I have planned to start this as Sole Proprietorship.
Regarding the same I need to make a Service Level Agreement. Can someone help me with the same.
Also any other legal document if I am required to make, Please suggest.
Any sample/format will be of great help.
