Dear Sir,
My land in Kalyan is encroached by the Relatives of person who sold the land to my Father. Since ,I was out for a long time and my mother unable to keep a watch the land ,or atleast a part of it is in possession of the encroachers. They have tried to get their names substituted on the land papers. However , they have not been successful in doing so.
I have now paid the SARA of the land and want the squatters to vacate. Shall I get a survey from Mamletdar carried out ? and, then file a criminal suit followed by civil suit.under Sections 420/380/448/427/506/34 IPC, as also file a civil suit
