Can Court issue Status Quo on the one portion ( Office Room ) of One Brother out of entire Building
in details a premises consisting 4 storied Bilding with an existence of 15 Flats and one brother is enjoying the major portion of the area of the said building having an office residence both in his occupation apart from that he filed a petition for injunction against his brother's office room who is enjoying minor portion of the said building can the court issue Status Quo on the Office room of the said brother who is occupying a minor portion inspite of providing all legal licences etc.
