Below is the case assigned to me:
Mr. Sudhir Naik obtained retail dealership of petrol and diesel from Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. The dealership agreement contained an arbitration clause. On 1.12.2010 executive sales officer of the said corporation visited the petrol pump of sudhir naik and obtained sample of motor spirit from the petrol pump and sent it for testing. The lab report showed that the sample did not meet the prescribed statndard. After inquiry supplies to the petrol pump were ordered to be stopped for thirty days and penalty of Rs. 20000/- was also imposed. Sudhir naik filed a civil suit for injunctin for restraining the corporation from stopping supply to petol pump.
I have to argue for defendant. First of all i also want to know that in which court the case should be filed.
