Insurance claim by nominee without informing other children

If a a person dies because of some decease and have few insurances and kept only on of the the children as nominiee. As per law all children have equal share for the insurance amount. But what if the nominee claim all the amound without informing others and others dont have the insurance details ?

what are the possible ways to find the claims and amount received from LIC ?

Go in the succession court and get the claim.

first of all you should obtain the succession certificate and after that file the recovery suit for claiming your share
