1. The Successor / Beneficiary legal heir can be prosecuted for the civil liabilities of the deceased, "BUT ONLY" after the said Beneficiary has claimed the benefits of the deceased assets.
2. The Successor / Beneficiary legal heir "SHALL NOT" be liable for the Assets & ALL civil Liabilities (means non-criminal liabilities) of the deceased, if the Successor / Beneficiary legal heir,foregoes his rights / claims as the legal heiriarcy rights over the Assets of the deceased.
