two days prior to the complainant filed by the complainant agaisnt her husband and mother of the husband and also parents of the husband's mother, gave notice to the complainant by the accused No.1 i.e., husband of the complainant for grant of divorce on cruelty ground.
After received this notice she consulted a lawyer and her relatives come to a conclusion and after two days filed a false case with all false allegations against her husband and mother of the husband and also parents of the husband's mother who were not related this case.
The complainant's husband working in army. After the marriage the husband came to his village only two times at that time the complainant went to her mother-in-law's house and she continuiously lived with her parents house.
