Regarding character verification in govt.jobs

Dear Experts,

I'm a student preparing for UPSC exams . At my home some neighbours filed a false complaint against me in court u/s 156(3). Same was treated as complaint case and after recording statements u/s 200 and 202 magistrate dismissed the complaint against me.

Now the opposite party has filed writ in HC u/s 482 against the dismissal of complaint which is pending in HC.

Sir,since I am preparing for competetive exams,I have a doubt .In case I get selection in IES or some other exam then Is there any problem regarding joining the govt. job if there is a criminal case(actually complaint case) pending against me.

Please give me some suggestions.I'm scared of about my career.

Thanks.

Hi Vivek,

Dont worry, bcz the complaint has been dismissed.Pls tell me whether the high court has stayed that order passed by the megistrate??.If there is no stay, then the order of the megistarte is final.

You need not to worry till final order.
