Dear Sirs, the problem in Coimbatore District Tamilnadu state.
A tenant who's not paying rent for past two years & not vacating. The case is going on in coimbatore civil court. The rental amount is 2500/-Rs per month. he's not giving answer in court. he's passing time. not paying for electricity & water. how much time can he take to answer & vacate? what's the rule for vacating. is there is any law to vacate him with in 1 or 2 months?

I am the owner of the house. I am a NRI.is there any special law in favour of NRI's to vacate the tenant from the home. I am having only one home in my city. The other tenants are in the same house are ready to vacate. but the said tenant is only didn't paid the rent for the past 2 years & not vacating.
