Ownership of mobile number

It is felt that a designated official in o/o Police Commissioner/SSP has on line access to data base of all companies.

The affected person may need to apply his resources to obtain the detail of ownership.

A complaint can be lodged with Police.

Order by court of law may be needed by the telecom company to reveal the ownership detail.

Valuable advice of learned experts/members is sought.  

It is not possbile for any unauthorised person to obtain the detail of any other.

if your mobile sim is post paid the service provider is bound to provide all the call details to you and if the sim is Prepaid without Govt. Official noone can take legaly details of the call.

acc to law last 3 years call details are with the telecom providers.

I HAVE THE CALL DETAILS , CLEARLY PROVING MY PRESENCE IN MY HOMETOWN. bUT POLICE  ENCLOSED THEM IN CASE DIARY AND ic SAAB MENTIONED THEM BY STATAING NOTHING CAN BE CONCLUDED FROM THESE CALL DETIAILS. SAME CALL DETAILS CONTAINS THAT THE THERE WERE 6-10 TEXT MSGS AERE EXCHANGED BETWEEN ME AND THE x .
