Case y/s 406/471/420/34 ipc

Dear Expert

My mother had account in a govt. bank and after her death due to lack ofknowledge I put some post date cheque in her account and withdrew the amount. Now my brother has filed a case u/s 420/406/471/34 ipc in which AB is granted. Now how to save myself in the trial.

How did you withdrew the amount is a material question? Pls explain this as it seems incomplete. If you have copy of FIR it would be better to peruse the same before giving any opinion.

Thanks for your reply. My FIR No. 321 dt. 07.09.12 is uploaded on delhi police site. I got AB from High court.  Can u tell me can I save myself in the trial.
