I worked with Vyom Labs Pvt Ltd Pune at Baner office for 1.7 years, i ressigned from the company on 09/01/2013 & i served 1 month notice period and left job on 31/01/2013 . They are not giving me releving letter stating that you have to serve for 3 months notice period as per the appointment letter .But i asked them to take 2 months salary for next 2 months notice period. But the HR refused to do so. So they hold my salary for the month of January 2013 and not giving reliving letter & experience certificate. So suggest what action to be taken.
