One of my client is an Pakistan Nationalist and he was an Indian Origin due to partition of India and Pakistan he was migrated to Pakistan and he became the Pakistan nationalist.
His grandparents are settled in India and they have got some property. Now my question is can my client can sell his ancestral property which is in India. If so what are the procedures implied for selling the property.
