I am here again to seek advice from you. Let me brief about my case. My wife left house more than 3 month ago . She & her mother threaten me for police & court case, but by God's Grace no action till date. My son 5 year old is studying in hostel from Sep'12 onwards & settled now.She has met our son only 1 time during 3 months (u can understand how much she attached to our son but pretending to be very caring).
My mother in law (main culprit) threatren my family members who are residing in Punjab for police/court case.I have consulted with my Lawyer also & he told me to keep silent. I m not going to do 2nd marriage & will be most happy with my son.
My questions are : 1. Are these situations favour me for custody of my son?
2. She is MSC Bed & started working in her home town earning not more than Rs. 5000-6000 p.m. Can this factor favour her for custody of our son.
3. I hope as suggested my Lawyer also, it is beneficial for me to remain silent. Please advice.
