Second hand card fraud

 I purchased a second hand car from a person.The
person had this car on company lease which was not transferred on his
 name.

Unfortunately I missed that while buying the car.

After submitting papers in transport authority, It was brought to my
notice that that person should get this car on his name ie( from company
to his name) and then transfer it to my name.

But the person is not at all cooperating in doing that.

Please let me know what action can be taken against this person
considering he sold the car which was not on his name(was on his
company's name) and I have all the papers (form29,30,other papers) on
which the person has his signatures.
