Counter case does not lie,the husband can file a suit for Resttution of Conjugal Right or Divorce.,wife can file Maintenance Case or Divorce Suit.

No cases can be filed as the husband is not declared innocent by court judgement there is just a withdrawal basis compromise and it is never proved that the Husband is innocent or the case was false.

If a wife withdraws the complaint stating that it was done in a fit of rage etc. due to the influence of
others (friends, parents, advocates etc.) or only to 'teach a lesson' and that all allegations are false - does this
leave any room for some counter cases
