Chargesheet

Sir,

I want to know that,after filing chargesheet in forgery case,what is the role of police?

complainant is landlord and accused is tenant.magistrate granted bail after 3 days of police custody.is it the serious case?what will happen now?please give me appropriate advice.

hello,

now charges will be framed after evidence phase aginst the accused and if found guilty will be punished according to the code.

Forgery is a serious offence. Chargesheet hasbeenfiled. Now the Gove Pleader would argue before the court to prove the charges backed by documentary evidences. If proved, punishment is inevitable.
