Determined to get justice (Manager)     11 January 2013

Change in judges

Brother's bail application (false 498A/DV case) is pending at High Court since Oct 2012. The Hon'ble judge has given interim protection to my broither and next hearing is scheduled in 2013. Due to change in Judges roster, the case will now be heard with another judge. I would like to understand:

1)  what sort of handover is done whenn the case moves from one Judge to another?

2) There were multiple hearings in front of the earlier judge and he had made an assessment of  the situation - how will this feedback be transferred to the new Judge? or Will we have to start again at the beginning?

3) Earlier Judge had also arranged for a High Court Mediator and taken her feedback- will this be shared with the new Judge?

Would appreciate if some light can be thrown on this.
