Concealment/personation by advocate

A person posing as an Engineer induces the Landlord to rent out his premises by means of a registered deed, but later on he issues a notice to the Landlord wherein it turns out that the person is a practicing advocate on the rolls of Bar Council

Can a complaint be filed against him under Sections 415,417,418,419 & 420 of IPC?

What will be the date of cause of action? The date of the lease or the date when the knowledge of his being an advocate was known to the landlord?
