I am a accused in a state criminal case v/s me u/sec 506(2), 504,452, 34 and 427 The charge has been framed against me by the magistrate. During the process of the trial the prosecution has not been able to produce the seized knife in court as the mudammal is not traceable.
What is the remedy for me as an accused because the trial is getting delayed because the police is not able to trace the mudammal (Seized Kitchen plastic handle knife).
Can my lawyer ask the court to examine the other witnesses.
