We hail from hanabi-Muslim Lebbai. We are three sons and two daughters. My father expired long back. We need to distribute the property as per muslim hanabi law and my mother is now with us.
Query-1.The problem is one of my brother is in aborad. He is not in a posiotn to come to India in this regard. How to distribute the property in his absence?
Query-2. The last brother is pshchologically is not good and moreover he has been taking continuous treatment in the reputed private hospital. His wife is not that much responsible for family and she is cruel and we all feel that if we distribute the said property she may disposed my brother's share in a forceable manner and run away from the family. How to resolve this case by legally protecting my brother's share of property once we shared?
