I am 70 years old. I have a new house which i bought of my own. I have two kids. We manually agreed that after my term ,house will be equally divided between my kids. We kept everything in a document and it was not registered.
My Queries are.
1. In any time can i go and change the old document(which is not yet registered).

Ofcourse you can alter/modify/change/add/delete in document at any time in your lifetime irrespective of the fact that document is registered or not.
