I am a lady constable in delhi police and a govt. Flat alott on my name in delhi.my husband is a student and unemploy before marriage.my in laws govt. Employ in haryana .me and my husband stay in my flat after my marriage but only 6 months.and after that we seprate and presently 7 months go of sepration.plz tell me in these sitution i want file Dowry case,DV case,and all maintance and alimony cases but not divorce.can i get maintance and alimony .and my hubby and in laws gets jail.plz gave me suggestion kya ye ho sakta h in situuation me.
