My Mother is the Owner of Commercial Property in Ranchi Jharkhand.She Want to Lease it to A proprietor firm,Owner is Lady. She Wants for 3 Years Lease & also not agree for Registtration.My Mother Want That she will give the property for Maximum 3 Years.On Completion of 3 Years she want to get back his property of Tenant immediately.
Please Send Me The Format of Lease Deed which is most suitable to us & binding the tenant in all angles

sample lease deed or a format of lease deed will not work. as the property is quite expensive don't take any chance with the sample or a typical format of lease deed.
It is advisable to approach a lawyer and let him draft a lease deed for you in a proper manner which takes care of your interest.
