CAN CRIME UNDER SECTION 420 OF IPC ON BOUNCED CHEQUE

No case of 420 IPC can be made against u as u have already made the payments against the said chq and u also had the receiving with u. Present the same before the JMIC.

however u can file  CASE OF 420 ipc against the person.

Thanks for your reply. Please inform shall I have to wait till the decison of above case or I can file the complaint under Section420 against the complainant now itself.

Mr chauhan is right. Actually you have to file a case under Sec. 420 IPC. Stop payment instructions does not come under the purview of Sec. 420 IPC. The instances are different.

IF YOU HAVE APPEARED COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST YOU, YOU CAN TAKE DEFENCE OF YOU HAVE PAID ALL AMOUNT, YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE DECISION OF SAID COMPLAINT ,IF YOU ARE AQUITTED THEN YOU CAN FILE CASE AGAINST COMPLAINANT FOR MALICIOUSE CASE .
