My wife and inlaws have booked 498a, 406, 506, 420 and 4&6 DP act against me and my parents and sister,
1.they have also wrongly booked a search and seasure case of the belongings which my wife had left behind when she went out without informing anyone of us at home.
2. now please tell help me in comming out of this legal tangle falsely booked against us.
3. Even I am facing suspension for being held behind bars for more than 48 hours. here should i first appeal to my office to revoke suspension since this is matrimonial issue and no where connected to office matter or should i approach directly CAT.
