No, The amount of maintenance is mutually agreed.
2003(1) A.I.C 381 Anand Asrani Vs Roshni alias Tulsi ?Devi Asrani S.C. held that the maintenance can not be enhanced till there is change in circumstances.Elaborate enquiry is to be conducted for this purpose.
