Hi,
I am a law student and i have came across an interesting case for
Harrasment at Office.
In this case the Victim is being constantly harassed by his manager
Victim is now being demoted instead of being promoted, for the simple reason that victim didnt catered to the whims and fancy's of his manager.
now the question arises that if a lawsuit can be filed in court of law for mental agony and harrasment? and if it can be filed under sec 499 (Defamation) of IPC.
Please advice.
