Hi!
The allotment of car paking is happening in my society in mumbai loacted in andheri west. I have a second hand car and have been using it for past 2 yrs. The car has not been transfered on my name yet as i don't want the resale value of the car to go down. Society is saying parking will only be allotedb to the members with the cars in their name. Is this the law. Please guide me on this issue.

As such there is no law for allotment but your society body might be looking that only those who deserve should get allotment. Tell them your necessity of car parking.
Another way is
First initialise loan process to buy a new car and tell your society body that your are going to purchase a new car soon. Once the car parking alloted on your name. Discontinue the process of car loan. Tell your society body that due to some reason I had cancelled buying new car. I am going to park my exisiting car in the parking area till I get better proposal for car loan.
