yes it is accepted. But better read 'indian evidence act carefully. As i had read some where in this forum only in some attachment that recording should be presented in actuall form with the device and not in form of cd.

Yes, audio recording is a good evidence.   Always try to record short audios not a lenghtly one... as you have to also submit transcripttion of the audio recording which is written in Drama dialogues....for example

 

H  :    How are you

W :    I will show you how I am feeling

H :    ....

W :  ....

 

Alongwith the audio C.D. you have to submit typed written transcripttion...

when you file your affidavit of evidence...

It can be played by the Judge himself/herself in the open court

and for that purpose you have to submit your mobile/sim

your mobile is returned back after playing the c,d. if the recording is done from mobile

Hi

Pls advice , If below mention condition ( Marked in Yellow ) mention in final judgment given by the family court..

 

Condition In Final Jugdment :-   " the parents of the respondent visit the rented house taken by me and meet the respondent."

But still her parent visit rented house in my absence, then what do i do?
