Can anyone guide me on how to start overseas educational consultancy, do I need to register myself if so what is the criteria/documents required for registration? do I need to apply for a licence ? if so which Govt dept should I get in touch with, I also need to know if one requires a licence or permission from any Govt deptt to start immigration business.
