Property transfer

I having a plot in Delhi ( Najafgarh )the name of wife ( as it was purchase on power of atorny basis in Sept. 2011,& it was not registered  ) can she  transfer as gift deed in  my name. it is not rgisterd. also I want to register it with ragistar .

If it is mentioned in the un registered Agreement , that the property will be registered in the name of  your wife( intended purchaser ) or her nominee,  it shall be registered directly in your name.  Otherwise in the first instance it shall be registered in the name of your wife and it may be gifted to you by way a registered deed.
