Grandfather property share

The property was divided by my grandfather among his 3 sons.On my fathers share of property my grandfather has right to use it till his death but cannot sell it.

Now after my grandfathers death is it possible for my dads brothers to claim rights on my fathers share saying that my grandfather mortgaged the property and incurred debts.

Only you have the right in your father's share after the death of your grandfather.

Shreedar U r telling that ur g-father has divided the property between his sons and the share which ur father was given was kept by g-father till his death. which is permissible in law

So now ur father's brothers cannot claim their interest in the share of ur father which was with ur g-f till his death.
