My father died intestate in 1949, leaving behing myself and my mother and one younger sister. My sister has issued a notice claiming for the share in the HUF property as per the Hindu Succession Act. She got married in 1970 and the undivided property was partitioned and legally registered among other coparceners(my fathers two brothers and myself) in the year 1974 and 2002. Please let me know whether my sister has any legal right to claim on the HUF property according to Hindu Succession Act.
