sir,my fater died in 2003,after demise of my father farm servant occupied entire property through unregestered will,after that he executed four gift deeds to his relatives.thedonnes had filed an injunction suit againest me withdran the suit in 2009 legetee set exparte.1. can i file the private complaint? 2.can i file cancellation of the documents?

probably u were badly advised, the day u came to know abt the unregistered will, u should ve challenged it. it was in 2003 and till 2009 u remained silent.
ur limitation prd has also gone as per the facts u stated.
why u did not avail the appropriate civil remedy?
every thing can not be done by complaints, legal system has a set procedure to follow with.
contact some local lawyer who has got good knowledge of civil law......... if u dont find one then can find some good lawyer from ur area on this website.
