Hi,.
My father has given GPA to his brother in 1964, which include statements like ( all property, all bank accounts),
and my father has purchased another property in 1970. so will that GPA valid for 1970 property. At the time of the GPA the 1970 property does not exists. So please explain the validity of the GPA.

1. It is valid for property dated 1970 unless earlier revoked.
