May father born one month after deth of my grand father, and my father's elder brother is intentialy not make farmer to my father , and we don't know the law , and may father is come to ahmedabad for job agrictular crop is not enogh for my father and elder brother of my father, then after my father purchase land in 1994 , in govt books we make farmer ,, now my father's elder brother put case and give notice to govt that we had not legal farmer, now what we shold do pls advcie
