my query is . i hope by law we don't what probate will.because of notary affidavit cum indemnity bond.all are all ready declared truth of will&all accept that will also every one has sing in that bond.Validity Verification of Government Pleader on Affidavit cum indemnity Bond at 25-11-2002 by Indian post .now post office also says my father is a owner of that building.my q is how i am going to send out my aunt.who staying in our building?after ten years they all saying they cancel that bond that's passable?how i can move them from my house?now by rti i got central govt standing council legal Opinion. that also favor my father.that have value in court? and one more think my father brother give that building to my father by gift deed.so gift deed no need to probate by court of law that right ? pl guide me sir.thanks
