Caselaws in support of which party - husband or wife side?

none of us know the facts of the case, how can we give u any advice in this context.

i dont know whether u r law grad or law expert but ur query is half baked......one thing u must notice that in criminal matters facts and circumstances of the case are more important, case laws and judgments will be of later use....though helpful in making out the case.

Yes case laws are cited in context with the facts and circumstances of that particular case and therefore it would be impossible to cite specific case laws with context to your case as we are ignorant on the said aspect
