Dear Sir, I am working with Government of gujarat. I have joined on 22/12/2009 and after that i am on probation on for two years. Recently last week (3/10/2012) i received latter for confirm probation . Now from 22/12/2009 to 01/05/2010 , i have taken a LWP from 61 days. and accordingly my probation perid was extends for the same duration.
But the Main issue is whether i am elligable for increment of 3% on july 2010 or not.
